# Burn

A **strategic token-burning mechanism** will be introduced to gradually reduce the circulating supply of TMPL, creating scarcity and increasing long-term value. TMPL tokens collected from activities such as auctions, early withdrawal penalties from the Earn Program, or transaction-based fees **will be permanently removed from circulation.**
