📆Distribution

The tokens will be distributed to different allocation groups based on the parameters outlined in the table below. Most groups will receive tokens during the token launch (TGE - the Token Generation Event). The cliff period indicates when token release will commence, while the vesting period indicates when all tokens will be fully released to each allocation group.

The cliff period refers to the time after TGE, during which the remaining tokens will start to be released. In contrast, the vesting period specifies when all tokens will be released to a particular allocation group. Vesting occurs linearly, and token distribution will occur monthly.

[Example: a 3-month cliff followed by a 3-month linear monthly distribution vesting period means that vested tokens will not be accessible until three months after the Token Generation Event (TGE). Vesting will then commence at the start of the fourth month and continue for the next three months. Tokens wil lby distributed once a month for 3 months]

Distribution process

When purchasing $ZND tokens on the Platform, the buyer's account will reflect $ZND Tokens to be acquired. This information will be shown as entries on the user's balance on the Platform, labelled according to the Token Sale Round in which the acquisition took place:

• Public Sale 2: p2ZND

• Public Sale 4: p4ZND

• KOL's round: kZND

After the Token Generation Event (TGE), the user's balance will be updated with each transaction that adds $ZND tokens to the buyer's account.The amount of sZND, pZND, etc. will decrease while the number of distributed $ZND tokens will increase, following the cliff and vesting schedule.

Balance entries represent only the Company's obligation to allocate ZND Tokens. Balance entries stated above are not tokens and cannot be traded, withdrawn, or used in any other way in the Platform’s functionalities.
