πŸ“†Distribution

The tokens will be distributed among various allocation groups according to the parameters outlined in the table below. Most groups will receive their initial tokens during the Token Generation Event (TGE). The cliff period specifies when token releases begin for each group, while the vesting period defines the full timeframe over which tokens will be gradually distributed until each allocation group has received its entire allocation.

The cliff period refers to the time after the Token Generation Event (TGE) during which no tokens are released. Once the cliff ends, token distribution begins. In contrast, the vesting period defines the total duration over which all allocated tokens will be fully released to a specific allocation group. Vesting occurs linearly, with distributions made on a monthly basis.

Example: A 3-month cliff followed by a 3-month linear monthly vesting period means that no tokens are accessible for the first three months after TGE. Vesting then begins at the start of the fourth month and continues for three months, with tokens released once per month throughout this vesting period.

When purchasing Team PL (TMPL) Tokens on the Platform, the buyer’s account will display the TMPL Tokens to be acquired. These will appear as technical entries on the user’s balance within the ZND Platform, labeled according to the specific Token Sale Round during which the purchase occurred:

These entries represent the buyer’s entitlement to receive the corresponding TMPL tokens according to the cliff and vesting schedules defined for each round

From the Token Generation Event (TGE) onward, the technical record on the buyer’s balance will be updated with each transaction that adds Team PL Tokens to the buyer's account. The amount of sTMPL, pTMPL, etc. will decrease while the number of distributed Team PL Tokens will increase, following the cliff and vesting schedule.

Balance entries represent only an obligation of the Offeror to allocate Team PL Tokens.

Balance entries stated above are not tokens and cannot be traded, withdrawn or in any other way used in ZND Platform’s functionalities.
